How do I budget my projects?

In Bemazi, you can create budgets for your collections and add a cost to any item, whether it’s an image, a link or a file. Follow these simple steps to add prices to your items:

1. Add an item to your board.
2. Once the item is added, open it.
3. Click on the “edit” button inside the item.
4. Add the cost of the item in “Total”, and select your preferred currency.

Now that your items have a price, you can create budgets with them:

1. Once inside a board, go to the budget tab on your left, marked with the “$” sign.
2. Choose if you want to create a budget by collection or an Advanced Budget.
3. All the items from a collection will be shown here. You can press “Edit” to change or add prices.
